Kassie Steinnagel

Hi, I’m Kassie, owner of The Studio Salon. As a stylist, colorist, and Wella Color Educator, I’m passionate about creating personalized looks that help my clients feel confident and beautiful. My goal is to work closely with each client to create a style that fits their lifestyle, personality, and hair goals while providing a relaxing, one-on-one salon experience.

My journey in the beauty industry began in 2008 in New York City, where I discovered my passion for cosmetology and pursued advanced education and hands-on training throughout New York and New Jersey. From assisting in apprenticeship programs to completing intensive training at the prestigious Arrojo Academy, I’ve dedicated my career to continued learning and growth.

After discovering Wella Professionals, my passion for hair color evolved into becoming a Wella educator, allowing me to train and inspire other stylists on the latest color techniques and industry trends. Today, The Studio Salon is an extension of that passion – a welcoming space focused on individualized service, healthy hair, and helping every client leave feeling their absolute best.

 

Dani Hargett

Dani began her career in the beauty industry in 2013 after earning her cosmetology license from Empire Beauty School in New Jersey. Passionate about continued education, she expanded her expertise through advanced cutting programs in Miami, training one-on-one with industry creative director Tina Haukjaer Anderson and later continuing her education at the prestigious Vidal Sassoon Academy.

With years behind the chair, Dani further advanced her career by becoming an educator for Unite, where she shared her knowledge and techniques with fellow stylists to help elevate their client experience. She believes education is the foundation of great hair and continuously stays up to date on the latest trends, color techniques, and cutting methods.

Known for creating a welcoming and personalized experience, Dani is dedicated to making every client feel heard, confident, and cared for while delivering modern, customized results. She is excited to be reunited with Kassie and to continue sharing her passion for hair with clients at The Studio Salon.

 

Sandra Martinez

I have been a licensed hairstylist since 2008, beginning my career at The Lab Paul Mitchell School of Cosmetology. Over the years, I’ve built a strong foundation in advanced techniques and professional color artistry, working with a variety of professional color lines to create fully customized results tailored to each client’s individual hair goals and needs.

Committed to continued education, I have travelled between New Jersey and New York to attend advanced classes, hands-on training, and industry workshops. Staying current with evolving trends and techniques allows me to continuously refine my craft and deliver modern, high-level results.

My style is modern with an edgy, fashion-forward influence, focused on bold yet wearable results.
