Hi, I’m Kassie, owner of The Studio Salon. Besides being a stylist and colorist, I’m also a color educator for Wella, which allows me to share my knowledge with other hair dressers, as well as with you. My goal is to work together to provide you with a signature look that suits your needs.

My journey began in 2008 in New York City. Standing outside of a cosmetology school, I realized my true passion, and immediately signed up, leaving my college career in the rear view.  It was with great dedication for my craft, that I earned my licenses in New York and New Jersey.

I didn’t stop there. I took on the role of lead assistant while working through an apprenticeship program. From there I went on to take an intense bootcamp course at the prestigious Arroyo Academy, named for Nick Arrojo who is famed for his creative talent and his celebrity appearance on What Not To Wear and Sally Rogers, noted for personalized cutting techniques.

My career took on a different path when I started using Wella hair color. While learning the basics of this line, I  would soon after join the team as an educator. With many trainings involved, I am now able to go out to other salons and teach the newest techniques while using the fundamentals of the color line.

Now, I’m expanding my journey by opening The Salon Studio, where the focus is on meeting the individual needs of clients. The salon allows me to provide excellent service in a one on one atmosphere where my clients needs come first, in the most relaxed way. I look forward to working with you and taking you on a journey to create your look.
